TECHNOMARKET is the largest consumer electronics retailer in Bulgaria with fast-growing international presence. To sustain our growth we are looking for a highly motivated professional for the position of ORACLE DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR.


Main responsibilities:

Installing Oracle software
Creating Oracle databases
Managing the database's storage structures
Managing users and security
Managing schema objects, such as tables, indexes, and views
Making database backups and performing recovery when necessary
Мonitoring the database's health and taking preventive or corrective action as required
Ensure the availability and performance of a 24x7 database environment


Position requirements:

Relevant education in the area of Informatics
Proven Oracle Database Administration experience in 24/7 production and development environments
Good knowledge of SQL
Experience with backup and recovery(RMAN)
Experience with Oracle Advanced Replication
Experience with Linux / Unix
Strong diagnostic, problem-solving and communications skills
